An Overview

The web based Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) software from Integral Solutions helps CBSE affiliated schools to upgrade to the format prescribed by CBSE. The software converts marks to respective grades, generates report cards as per CBSE guidelines, manages workflow and acts as a repository for student and teacher data.

Automated report card generation

The entire process of report card preparation is reduced to a few mouse clicks. Report cards can be printed on prescribed CBSE format with school logo and personalized student data using an inkjet or laser printer on A3 or A4 size of paper as per requirement.

Simulates real world information flow

The software supports individual logins for administrators, teachers and principals with necessary permissions. Once subject-wise data is entered into the system, the marks data goes through an approval cycle from the class teacher and principal.

Pre-loaded list of activities and indicators

The Integral Web School CCE software comes with a pre-loaded list of activities and indicators. The descriptive indicators are converted into personalized remarks and a single grade automatically.

Student Health and Attendance module

The CCE software has in-built for Student Health and Attendance modules to assist report card generation and ease out tracking of attendance data.

Reports

Numerous reports such as performance analysis, consolidated mark sheets, mid-term CCE reports, term reports, etc. are available. These reports can easily be exported to Microsoft Word or Excel format.

Real time data access 24 x 7

Entire school data can be accessed online with valid credentials along with options to view and download reports and CCE report cards online. All reports can be downloaded and exported to multiple formats such as Microsoft Word or Excel format.

As per CBSE guidelines

The software has in-built support for Formative Assessments, Summative Assessments and Term Assessments along with their respective weightages. The software supports configurable master modules with option of adding new subject and indicators, as per school’s requirement.
